Cacti are very fascinating, indeed. I was drawn to their hardiness, wisdom, pride and the unique personalities they exuded. Some saguaros I encountered evoked an image of a family saying "hi," Manny Pacquiao ready to pounce on his opponent, someone shouting "up yours too" and the University of the Philippines' oblation among others.
